Wheeew!

Talk about shop til you drop MAN!
Mimi and I shopped from sun up to sun down...
and then there's the Night Market that closes at 12 midnight!
*gleeful maniacal laughter*

There's always something new in Bangkok
and MAN, these Thais are so creative and innovative.
In fact, I think all trends start in Bangkok.
You know the pearl thing that everyone is so crazy about?
I saw it first in Bangkok last year!
Hell. Yeah.

I'm a bit pissed of at myself though.
For some reasons beyond our control
we got to the markets on Saturday (main trading day)
late in the afternoon....
so by the time we got there, most of the stuff that I wanted
were in limited stock! (as in 1 or 2 of each item in each color)
*a bit depressed*
Ah well.
Maybe I can finish my stock sooner?!
*brigthens up*

Pictures will be up soon kiddies.
Just need to rest up today and maybe sort out the stock
then picture taking tomorrow.

I am so dog tired.
Luckily had a nice foot massage on our last day there.
Highly recommended if you ever go to Bangkok.

MimiNeverGrouchyEvenThoughFeetHurtingLikeABitch contemplating next purchase. Mimi is very useful for second opinions btw. Oh! Check out the "Star Boy Ice Cream" logo behind Mimi. Look familiar?

Happy Belated Valentine's Day!

Murni's Candy Heart Says "First Kiss"

You're a true romantic who brings an innocent hope to each new relationship.

You see the good in every person you date, and you relish each step of falling in love.

Your ideal Valentine's Day date:
a romantic dinner your sweetie cooks for you
Your flirting style: friendly and sweet
What turns you off: cynics who don't believe in romance
Why you're hot: you always keep the romance alive

Lion Dance and Lonely Me

Sunday, Feb 12, 2006

It was hot. Then it rained buckets.
A rather miserable day and I was all alone
as Si Yan and Cece were at the Curve. *boohooie!*
Urm, there was a lion dance show though
so that was interesting.
Too bad my camera is slow...
couldn't quite capture the darn lion the way I would've liked to.
Oh, well.

Lonely. I'm so lonely.

On my own.

Here comes the lion...
ARrGH!

Whew...

Si Yan Rocks!

Saturday, Feb 11, 2006

It was hot hot hot at the Curve!
Si Yan came to work with me for the first time
and I must say that my cousin did me proud.
She was punctual (whereas I wasn't),
great with the customers and most importantly,
she can layan me and Cece's perangai gila.

We're under the canopy now and we got new metal netting! Yay! Yeah, it doesn't take much to get me excited...

From left - right:
Si Yan, Cece and me.
Can you see the "family" resemblance?
pffft!

I love bindis! So very the glam wan. This one is a more traditional version (RM8.50).
click here if you have no clue what the heck are bindis

Oh-so-glam bindi (RM8.50)

Updates

Such a long, long lull.
Been really busy.
Made some new necklaces cum belts (convertible),
new hairclips, got some new silver toe rings
and made some new arrangements.

Yup, yup... PureMoon is expanding folks!
From now on we're open at the Curve on Saturdays and Sundays,
plus on Sundays at Mont Kiara
and every first weekend of the month at Berjaya Times Square!
*whew!*
God willing, I'll manage it just fine.

Oh, and I'll be heading down to Bangkok by the end of this month
so expect loads of new funky stuff.
Will be bringing in some home decor stuff
and some gorgeous silver accessories.
Gonna shop my ass off bebe!

So much to do, so little time.

Whoops...
That reminds me.
Gotta get those pictures done as promised.
*I can do it*
*I can do it*

This will be my first week with my new "employee," Si Yan
who's actually my oh-so-nice cousin :)
I'm also on the lookout for some other people to work with.
Preferably girls between the ages of 17 - 25,
trusthworthy and intelligent (no blur cases please!),
willing to work weekends between 6 - 12 hours,
at RM5 per hour + 10% commission.
Anyone interested?
Give me a buzz or email me.
I'm nice and I don't bite.

Can you spot nice Murni?
